Kippenburgh 3 has a total surface of  94 m² with 3 bedrooms (each for 2 persons) and a living room. One of the bedrooms can also be used as lounge area with TV (depending on the number of guests).

The living gives access to the bathroom with toilet and a separate second toilet. The  kitchenette is located in the living room as well.

There are 2 bedrooms with each 2 single boxspring beds and 1 bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, washbasin and toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are at your disposal.

In the apartment there is a second separate toilet.

Living room

The dining table and lounge area are located in the open area of the floor. There is a couch and a spacious dining table for 6 persons. In a separate room there is a lounge area with TV.

Kitchenette

In the kitchenette you dispose of a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water heater.  Coffee and tea are free of charge.

Breakfast

A generous breakfast is being served in the apartment. Breakfast is included in the room tariff.

In front of the house you have a private place to sit with a view on the beautiful flower garden.
